Information we collect

We collect the delivery email address, the birthday honoree’s name, optional player names, your game selections, order and payment status, and any information you send through our contact form. Our server may also record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and session identifiers for security and operation.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. We do not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. Square handles payment information under its own privacy practices.

How we use information

We use information to generate and deliver the purchased files, maintain private download access, provide customer support, process refunds, prevent misuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

When information is shared

Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the product, including Square for payments, our hosting provider, and our email provider. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

YouTube

The product links to a YouTube playlist. Opening YouTube is optional and is governed by Google and YouTube’s own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and your choices

We retain order and support records only as reasonably needed to deliver the product, reissue access, handle refunds, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to review or delete personal information through the contact form. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.

This service is intended for adults purchasing a party product and is not directed to children under 13.
