These terms apply to 60th Birthday Music Bingo, a digital product provided by GETWAB INC. By purchasing or using the product, you agree to these terms.

The product

Your purchase includes personalized printable game materials. The product is delivered digitally; no physical item is shipped. The number of pages depends on the number of player cards selected and any optional add-ons.

Payments

Payments are securely processed by Square. We do not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. A purchase is complete after Square confirms successful payment.

Your license

You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to download, print, and use the files for one private celebration. You may make enough printed copies for that event. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, sublicense, or use the files as a competing product.

Your information

You are responsible for entering names and other personalization accurately and for having permission to provide them. The on-screen preview is provided so you can review the personalized content before payment.

Playlist and music

The product includes a convenient link to a playlist made from official or authorized content available on YouTube. Audio recordings and music rights are not sold or transferred with this product. Availability, advertisements, account requirements, and playback are controlled by YouTube and the applicable rights holders. 60th Birthday Music Bingo and GETWAB INC. are not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, the featured artists, or record labels.

Delivery and support

Files are generated after successful payment and delivered through a private download page and email. If an email or download link is lost, contact us using the purchase email and we can reissue access after verifying the order.

Reasonable use and availability

Do not attempt to bypass payment, copy protected previews, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. We may update or temporarily interrupt the site for maintenance. If we cannot provide a purchased product, we will provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided for entertainment and our total liability related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
