Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. You do not need to provide a reason.
How to request a refund
Open the contact form, choose “Refund request,” and provide the email used for the purchase. Adding the order number helps us locate the payment faster.
What is refunded
An approved request made within the 30-day period receives a refund of the full amount paid for the order, including the Party Keepsake Pack if it was purchased.
Processing time
We submit approved refunds to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls when the credit appears on your statement.
After 30 days
We will still help if the file is missing, damaged, incorrectly generated, or the private download link needs to be reissued. Contact us and we will first try to correct or replace the file. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
